Job Description
Provides program participant evaluations, occupational therapy services, and supervises Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants in a part-time position supporting Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.

Requirements

  • Provides quality service delivery through evaluation and testing of program participants and the development of effective treatment plans
  • Administers innovative treatment programs to program participants and communicates treatment needs to appropriate staff
  • Maintains timely and appropriate program participant documentation including report of services
  • Collaborates with physicians, staff, professionals/paraprofessionals, consultants, families, and community resources as needed
  • Supervises assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training
