Role OverviewThe Occupational Therapist coordinates and provides restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services, working closely with the PACE Physician, rehabilitation staff, and other IDT members to maximize participant independence and safety, as well as enhance performance of ADLs.
What You Will Do
Conduct Occupational Therapy assessments, participate in IDT meetings, deliver and document interventions, provide exercise and training, and work with Therapy Assistants.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy; master’s preferred
- Two (2) years in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population preferred
- Valid California Occupational Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire and maintain certification thereafter
