Role OverviewWayside is looking for an Occupational Therapist to work with our growing In Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) programs. This is a full-time position, split between our Arlington and Methuen locations. The Occupational Therapist will provide occupational therapy services as part of our intensive Young Adult Therapeutic Care focusing on working with young adults (18 years old to 25 years old) and their families.
What You Will Do
Provide assessments, treatment plan development, and direct intervention to young adults and families seeking OT support. Collaborate with treatment teams, provide consultation, education, and support to clinical staff, young adults, and their families/caregivers.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Massachusetts licensure or obtaining it prior to start date
- Experience serving adolescents with significant mental health needs
- Experience addressing functioning in the home setting or community setting
- Experience working with diverse population of individuals
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
