Role OverviewProvide skilled Occupational Therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes, tailoring treatment plans to their individual needs and goals. Educate families on exercises and techniques to support their child's therapy goals between sessions. Build strong relationships with patients and their families to create a trusting and supportive environment.
What You Will Do
Provide input for early intervention plans (IFSPs) and provide services through the Early Intervention Colorado Program for children birth to 3 years of age. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements
- Current Colorado State Occupational Therapist License (DORA)
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout Boulder
