Role OverviewProvide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility, working with a team to achieve functional outcomes for patients. The role involves evaluation, treatment planning, and treatment, as well as supervision and program development.
What You Will Do
Direct and supervise the work of assistants and students, develop treatment plans, and educate staff and families on interventions. Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health/Optima and Point Click Care (PCC).

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy (MOT, DOT)
