What You Will Do
Evaluate residents, provide direct care, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, coordination, mobility, cognition, and self-care skills.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Valid Occupational Therapy license and registration for the state of practice
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to resident-centered care
