What You Will Do
Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized occupational therapy care plan. Complete all documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements
- Valid professional OT license in the state of practice
- Graduate of ACOTE accredited school and eligible to take or has passed the NBCOT exams (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
