Role OverviewWe are partnering with a well-established 160-bed post-acute and skilled nursing facility in Menlo Park, CA to find an experienced, compassionate, and professional Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their growing rehabilitation team.
What You Will Do
Evaluate and treat a geriatric patient population recovering from surgery, illness, or injury in a post-acute setting. Manage an average caseload of 10 patients per day, with a productivity expectation of 87–90%.

Requirements
- Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of SNF or post-acute experience required
- Proficiency or willingness to learn PCC and Net Health EMR
- Strong compliance, professionalism, and communication skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and patient-focused work style
