Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and qualified Primary Care Occupational Therapist to service our patients throughout the Gainesville region area. Occupational Therapist will play an essential role in helping patients achieve independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities.
What You Will Do
Performing detailed assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and supervising the implementation of these plans by Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, preferably in a home health or outpatient setting
- Strong skills in occupational therapy treatment techniques and patient care
- Proficiency in using Telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Team player with ability to manage multiple responsibilities and demonstrate sound judgment
