Join Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners as an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Valdosta, GA, and surrounding areas. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities.

Requirements

  • Completion of Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure is required; professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred
  • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred
  • Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required
  • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must
