Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients with debilitating conditions improve their daily living skills. The OT will work under the direction of a Branch Director and provide skilled care to clients in accordance with physicians' orders. The OT will also teach family members and other healthcare team members. The role is full-time and requires a graduate degree from an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensure as an OT in the state of practice.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy

- A minimum of one-year experience preferred, but can be less with approval
