Role OverviewEnhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients with debilitating conditions improve their daily living skills. The OT will work in a collaborative culture that supports professional growth and ongoing development.
What You Will Do
The OT will administer skilled care to clients, teach the family and healthcare team, and develop daily living skills for patients. Services will be performed under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy, licensed as an OT in the state, and have a minimum of one-year experience. Medicare home health experience is preferred.

- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state
- Minimum of one-year experience (or less with approval)
- Medicare home health experience is preferred
