Role OverviewAlways Best Care Home Health is a growing Medicare-certified home health agency serving patients throughout O'ahu. We're seeking compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) who are passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized in-home therapy.
What You Will Do
Deliver occupational therapy services in patients' homes, complete initial evaluations and follow-up visits, perform fall risk assessments and home safety evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, assist with treatment interventions, educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment, monitor patient progress and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary team, complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active Hawaii Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum one year of clinical experience
- Home health experience preferred but not required
- Active Hawaii Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred
