Role OverviewWoodland Grove Health and Rehabilitation is looking for an occupational therapist (OT) to join our team. We provide top of the line care and rehabilitation services in a close-knit community. As an OT, you will be responsible for promoting, facilitating, and maintaining health, well-being, and participation in life through engagement in occupation.
What You Will Do
Evaluate and treat residents with disabling conditions, conduct physical and psychological assessments, develop or follow treatment plans, and maintain documentation of resident care services.

Requirements
- Current Florida License as a OT (Occupational Therapist)
- Current CPR
- At least one (1) year experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
