Role OverviewHealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our exceptional rehabilitation team in Kingstree, SC. As an OT, you’ll provide personalized, patient-centered care in a supportive Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care setting, helping residents improve function, build confidence, and maintain the highest level of independence possible.
What You Will Do
Provide patient assessments, create personalized treatment plans, educate clients and their families, and maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans.

Requirements
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
