Job Description
Occupational Therapist – Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN – The Forum at Rancho San Antonio, Cupertino, CA. HealthPro Heritage is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at an upscale, award-winning Continuing Care Retirement Community in Cupertino, CA.
Requirements
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
