Role OverviewSigma Health Rehab is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The OT will evaluate residents' conditions, develop rehabilitation plans, and provide physical therapy to residents.

Evaluate residents' conditions, relieve pain, help residents with tasks, supervise physical therapy assistants, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
