Role OverviewAmbercare Homecare is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their rapidly growing team in Santa Fe, NM. The Occupational Therapist will provide occupation therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care and as defined in the state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
What You Will Do
Provides occupation therapy services to patients, develops treatment programs, communicates with referring physicians and other professionals, and maintains clinical records.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in occupational therapy, be registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association, and have at least two years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist.
Requirements
- Graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Registered with the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
- At least Two (2) years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist
- Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance
- Complies and maintains current CPR certification
