Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation team in Boston, MA. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, resident-focused therapy services.
What You Will Do
Provide occupational therapy treatments in accordance with established plans of care under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. Assist residents in improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, strength, coordination, and cognitive skills.

Requirements
- Associate degree from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Active Massachusetts COTA license or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the position
