Role OverviewWe are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) to provide one-on-one home-based therapy services throughout Sullivan County, NY. What You Will Do
Provide skilled PT or OT treatment services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist, carry out established plans of care and individualized treatment programs, and communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, supervising therapists, and office staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits. A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is preferred, and home health, outpatient, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience is also preferred.
Requirements
- Active New York State PTA or OTA license/certification
- Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation
