Role OverviewThe OCONUS Entitlement Analyst / Deployment Specialist serves in a dual-role supporting both program entitlement management and workforce deployment operations for the SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) contract. This position is responsible for planning and executing entitlement program management activities while also coordinating deployment operations for personnel supporting CONUS, OCONUS, and austere environment mission requirements.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will collaborate across Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Workforce Management, Subcontracts, and Government stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and deployment readiness in support of USSOCOM mission objectives. Responsibilities include entitlement management, deployment operations, and coordination with government stakeholders.

Requirements
- 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA
- A DoD TS/SCI is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting federal government contracts in financial analysis, program control, workforce management, deployment operations, or a combination thereof.
- Experience coordinating personnel deployments, workforce readiness, or operational logistics supporting Department of Defense or other federal government organizations.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating with government customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
Benefits
- Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000
- Overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay
