Job Description
Permanent ODOT Mechanic position in Shelby County, responsible for performing preventative maintenance and service on cars, trucks, and equipment, as well as maintaining records of repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

  • 24 months experience in automotive repair and maintenance of variety of vehicles and/or all types of equipment identified by agency
  • Valid commercial driver's license required if motor equipment is of type and size regulated by sections 4506.01 and 4506.12 of Ohio revised code
  • Or 12 months as ODOT Mechanic Trainee, 52151
  • Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above, except for mandated licensure
