Role OverviewThe OED Technical Lead will provide technical leadership, management, business operations support, quality assurance, and oversight of Nightwing personnel supporting the OED. The Technical Lead will oversee ongoing technical efforts, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services in support of mission objectives.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership, direction, and oversight of Nightwing personnel, managing and coordinating technical activities, assigning tasks, monitoring workload distribution, and overseeing team performance.

Requirements
- Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance
- Experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis missions
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related Government, industry, or academic organizations in intelligence collection, intelligence policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities
- Experience applying intelligence analysis principles, methodologies, and tradecraft, including Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection and analysis methods
- Experience developing intelligence requirements, collection strategies, and analytical methodologies to collect, manage, analyze, and present intelligence supporting cyber investigations and operations
- Experience producing intelligence reporting and analytical products, including Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), serialized intelligence products, cyber threat intelligence products, and operational assessments
- Experience managing projects involving scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and performance management
