Role OverviewWe're seeking a high-performing sales professional to drive new business growth in the commercial and government fleet market. This role is ideal for a results-driven hunter with experience in fleet sales, strategic account development, and B2B relationship management.
What You Will Do
Develop and win new commercial and government fleet accounts, expand fleet sales for Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles, build relationships with fleet managers, agency leaders, and executive decision-makers, deliver fleet solutions including vehicle sales, leasing, trade-ins, and upfitting services.

Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in fleet, automotive, or a related industry
- Proven success in new business development and conquest sales
- Fleet sales experience with Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram) is strongly preferred; experience with other major OEMs is also welcome
- Knowledge of fleet upfitting or vehicle modifications is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
