What You Will Do
Handle trademark, copyright, and IP litigation matters, lead IP due diligence for M&A and complex transactions, draft and negotiate IP provisions in acquisition agreements, advise clients on licensing and technology-related contracts.

Requirements

- Experience with licensing and technology-related contracts
- Broad experience across trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets
- New York Bar admission
