Offal Attendant - 2nd Shift

Requirements

• Monitors and operates offal equipment and machinery
• Observes the fill level on trailers and tankers
• Drives jockey truck to move full and empty trailers and tankers
• Performs cleanup and housekeeping tasks for assigned work area
• Works with third party drivers to coordinate the pick-up and delivery times of loaded and empty trailers and tankers
• Bail and compact cardboard as requested
• Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Safety & Environmental Manager
