Job Description
SSA Holdings is seeking an Office Associate to assist operational managers and park staff, provide administrative support, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to read, count, and write, and experience with cash handling and administrative tasks.
Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation and daily paperwork
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strong organizational abilities
Demonstrated financial management, analytical, and planning skills
Proficient in office functions, including online cash management systems, POS systems, and Excel
Physical ability to lift and move boxes (10-35 lbs), and stand for extended periods as required
Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed
