Job Description

They are seeking an Office Admin to support operations, data entry, and providing administrative support to various teams. The role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Two-year business, accounting or office degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two years of prior knowledge of office procedures, office equipment operation, data entry, and operating a switchboard preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and reading skills.
Ability to effectively plan and organize.
Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities.
Excellent customer service skills.
Physical capabilities suitable for office work, including lifting up to 75 lbs.
