Job Description
Office Administrator - Tri Delta Transit: handle essential administrative tasks, support recruitment, training, and onboarding efforts, and coordinate with payroll and accounts payable. Salary Range: $70,000 - $77,929 (commensurate with experience).

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Office Administrator in transit or logistics
  • Experience in a human resources support role preferred
  • Experience analyzing data and reporting
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • BS/BA business administration a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems and willingness to learn industry specific systems
  • Knowledge of NTD reporting requirements helpful
