Role Overview

The Office Administrator & Assistant to the President role reports to the President and the Operations Director and is responsible for supporting the President through scheduling, communication, and project coordination while overseeing the day-to-day office operations. The role is part of a growing team that operates with excellence, executing a theory of change across grassroots, grasstops, communications, and administrative functions.

What You Will Do

Provide scheduling, calendar, and inbox organization for the President, attend meetings on behalf of the President, assist with booking travel arrangements, manage partner and donor contacts, create agendas and provide minutes, and assist with special projects and office management.

Requirements

  • Previous internship or entry-level experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-starter who succeeds with minimal supervision
  • Ability to function in an occasionally fast-paced environment
  • Google Suite and calendar management experience preferred
