Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for all administrative support of the company, including managing correspondence, handling customer purchase orders, and performing general office duties.
Requirements
Receive Customer Purchase Orders and assign Job Numbers
Manage correspondence and follow thru with interoffice communications
Answer phones, route calls to appropriate person, take messages
Interact with employee technicians to support the Operations Team
Manage job permits, job inspections, and filing
On board new employees within Insperity and communicate with Insperity
Complete Certified Payroll, customer billing, and verify accuracy in QuickBooks
Provide customers and municipalities with COI documentation
Organize customer job files, maintain office supplies, and submit itemized receipts
Maintain SAM.gov certification, licensing renewals, and company socio economic certifications
Prequalify as required by General Contractors and government entities
