Job Description
The Office Administrator is responsible for all administrative support of the company, including managing correspondence, handling customer purchase orders, and performing general office duties.

Requirements

  • Receive Customer Purchase Orders and assign Job Numbers
  • Manage correspondence and follow thru with interoffice communications
  • Answer phones, route calls to appropriate person, take messages
  • Interact with employee technicians to support the Operations Team
  • Manage job permits, job inspections, and filing
  • On board new employees within Insperity and communicate with Insperity
  • Complete Certified Payroll, customer billing, and verify accuracy in QuickBooks
  • Provide customers and municipalities with COI documentation
  • Organize customer job files, maintain office supplies, and submit itemized receipts
  • Maintain SAM.gov certification, licensing renewals, and company socio economic certifications
  • Prequalify as required by General Contractors and government entities
