Requirements

  • High school diploma or associate's degree
  • Experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision
  • Great communication skills
  • Valid driver license
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
