The Office Administrator handles organizational and clerical support tasks, welcoming guests, answering phone calls, managing filing systems, and performing general office duties. Requirements
High school diploma or associate's degree
Experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision
Great communication skills
Valid driver license
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
