Job Description
We're seeking an Office and Operations Coordinator to support site operations, finance, compliance, maintenance coordination, and administrative activities at our Flowers R&D site in Gilroy, CA. The role involves processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, as well as coordinating office operations, maintenance schedules, and compliance programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and business systems
