Job Description
The Office Assistant performs administrative and clerical duties to support the Department at iLEAD Online. The role requires high school diploma or G.E.D., minimum three years of experience in clerical/administrative duties, and effective use of office software applications. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Effective use of office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure, assess priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience with an education setting or non-traditional, flexible, open-minded, and collaborative environment
  • Problem-solving and multi-tasking ability
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
