Job Description
We are seeking a responsible, well-organized Office Assistant to support our fast-paced office environment within a manufacturing facility.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures, including filing systems and office equipment (fax, copier, telephone systems, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Basic office bookkeeping knowledge
  • Experience with Peachtree/Sage software is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with E2/Shoptech software is a plus, but not required
  • Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
