The Office Assistant is a part-time role responsible for completing various office tasks related to new hires, invoicing, payments, customer services, and store operations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Office or Administrative related experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze problems and implement sound business resolutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • General knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
