Job Description
The Office Assistant is a part-time role responsible for completing various office tasks related to new hires, invoicing, payments, customer services, and store operations.
Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
Office or Administrative related experience preferred
Ability to analyze problems and implement sound business resolutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
General knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
