Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant with shipping and receiving experience to support daily administrative and warehouse-related operations.

Requirements

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating carriers
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving logs, inventory records, and documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies or delays
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments
  • Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock organization
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative support tasks
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with customer or vendor inquiries as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both office and shipping areas
