Role Overview

The Office Coordinator works as a member of the Administrative Services team and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the site, while supporting a Trauma Informed Care environment.

What You Will Do

Provide supportive environment to clinical and administrative staff and programs, manage multiple tasks in an office environment, and provide administrative support for Electronic Health Records functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Five years of work experience in an office setting, insurance or healthcare experience
  • Type 50 wpm
  • Proficiency in computer hardware and software
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment
  • Advanced skills with PC systems, including MS Windows, MS Word and MS Excel
  • Sound independent judgement and collaboration skills
