Requirements

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages
  • Assist accounting with check deposits
  • Support new-hire onboarding
  • Contact building management on facilities-related issues
  • Implement cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate cleanliness standards
  • Conduct routine office maintenance
  • Order company lunches and snack and beverage purchases
  • Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies
  • Set up conference rooms for presentations and meetings
  • Support in coordinating celebratory events and happy hours
