We are seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily office operations, facility needs, vendors, and weekly lunches. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication to create a seamless employee experience.
Requirements
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and/or packages
Assist accounting with check deposits
Support new-hire onboarding
Contact building management on facilities-related issues
Implement cleaning schedules
Coordinate cleanliness standards
Conduct routine office maintenance
Order company lunches and snack and beverage purchases
Maintain and organize office and kitchen supplies
Set up conference rooms for presentations and meetings
Support in coordinating celebratory events and happy hours
