Role OverviewThe Office Director will handle various administrative tasks in the front office area, reporting to and assisting the Administrator. This role plays an important part in communicating effectively with patients, co-workers, and other team personnel, with the goal of fulfilling Brighton's mission in providing the highest quality of care and customer service to patients, their families, and referring sources.
What You Will Do
The Office Director will perform various administrative tasks, including handling intake and insurance verification, assisting with bereavement letters and orientations, ordering and maintaining medical supplies, and answering telephone inquiries.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Hospice experience preferred, but not required
- Previous experience with intake and insurance verification strongly preferred
