Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, or office administration, ideally in a fast-paced or growing company.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ADP and Ashby preferred).
  • Understanding core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new tools.
  • Confident managing office operations, vendors, and landlord communications independently.
  • Friendly, service-oriented approach with a professional and approachable presence.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for building a supportive, well-functioning workplace.
