Job Description
WALB is looking for an office manager to help with day-to-day administrative tasks and duties to keep WALB's office running smoothly. The office manager will coordinate events, help facilitate payroll, and assist with HR duties. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative and human resources experience, with a focus on employee relations and payroll, and a college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative and human resources experience, with a focus on employee relations and payroll
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
  • Strong organizational, time‐management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG or similar platforms preferred)
