Job Description
WALB is looking for an office manager to help with day-to-day administrational tasks and duties to keep WALB's office running smoothly. The office manager will partner with Corporate Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll to ensure accurate employee records and payroll processing, perform light accounting and support office financial activities, and coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of administrative and human resources experience, with a focus on employee relations and payroll
  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel skills
  • A college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and payroll regulations
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (UKG or similar platforms preferred)
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
