We are seeking an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to own the day-to-day operations of a site in Walpole, MA. This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of administrative experience looking to transition into a more corporate/operations-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, office management, school administration, or coordination experience
  • Bachelor’s degree completed
  • Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong customer service instincts
  • Tech-comfortable (scheduling tools, databases, reporting systems)
  • Interested in leadership, team development, and operational ownership
