Job Description
The Office Manager oversees daily office operations to ensure exceptional customer relations, maximum efficiency, quality control, and a positive, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Recruit, hire, and staff the office with qualified personnel.
Supervise, train, and develop office staff to deliver a high level of customer service.
Conduct performance evaluations and make wage recommendations.
Prepare and submit payroll information and benefit changes.
Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal laws.
Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support in areas including employee orientation and development, sales involvement, district outings or events, ergonomics and office safety, workers' compensation, and annual budgeting.
