Job Description
The Office Manager oversees daily office operations to ensure exceptional customer relations, maximum efficiency, quality control, and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Recruit, hire, and staff the office with qualified personnel.
  • Supervise, train, and develop office staff to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and make wage recommendations.
  • Prepare and submit payroll information and benefit changes.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable state and federal laws.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, training, and support in areas including employee orientation and development, sales involvement, district outings or events, ergonomics and office safety, workers' compensation, and annual budgeting.
