Job Description
We are a global team of over 400 people working together to push the boundaries of open-source technology and multi-cloud solutions. As the Office Manager - Austin, you are the heartbeat of Aiven’s North American presence, leading daily operations, mail and international logistics, employee experience, vendor management, budget responsibility, and communication for the Austin and Toronto offices.
Requirements
3+ years in Office Management or Operations, with a proven track record of supporting remote sites and managing cross-border logistics
Event Management: Demonstrated experience planning and executing both on-site and remote/virtual events.
Compliance: General awareness of US workplace safety regulations.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to act as the trusted face of the office.
Proactive Problem-Solving: A forward-thinking mindset that anticipates operational needs before they arise.
Adaptability: The agility to pivot and thrive within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Travel Readiness: Ability and willingness to travel approximately 2–3 times a year to our Toronto office and participate in company-wide offsites.
Experience with ticketing & service delivery tools, collaboration & documentation platforms, spend & travel logistics tools.
