Role Overview

The Office Manager will assist with facilities management, scheduling, and administrative support, while working closely with the Director to develop and maintain external partnerships. The role involves overseeing office and program spaces, coordinating scheduling, and assisting with events and activities. The Office Manager will also work with the Pantry Coordinator and coordinate volunteers and interns.

The main day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing facilities, managing scheduling, developing and maintaining external partnerships, coordinating meetings and events, and assisting with food distribution activities. The Office Manager will also coordinate volunteers and interns.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of effective customer service principles, basic knowledge of Office Suite, and the ability to craft marketing materials. Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in education or social services or related field
  • Five years of experience in social services
  • Knowledge of effective customer service principles
  • Basic knowledge of Office Suite
  • Ability to craft marketing material and flyers using Canva
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred
