Job Description
Whitley Penn is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. This position provides office management and administrative support to our Austin office. The ideal candidate is a deadline-driven, self-starter who can serve professionals at all levels in a client service environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience, preferably with a professional services firm
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
