Job Description
The Office Manager will provide administrative support to the teams at Little Heroes Home and Littleton Academy, conveying passion for helping others with a dynamic team. The Office Manager will support hiring managers throughout the hiring process, create and maintain staff personnel files, prepare payroll, and ensure employee benefits accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred but not required
  • SHRM Certification a plus
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • 3 – 5 years prior human resource, office management and/or administrative experience
  • Excellent computer skills using a variety of applications and programs
  • Experience and comfort working in a health and human service environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel between sites
