Job Description
We are seeking an Office Principal for our Mobile office. This individual will manage and support the growth of our Mobile office, responsible for business development, client management, project delivery, staff management, and office management. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the engineering design and construction management business, with experience in site/civil, transportation, water and wastewater, natural resources, solid waste, power/energy, and industrial. They will be expected to promote HDR's operational policies and procedures, and foster a positive work environment that promotes high morale and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • 10 years of related experience
  • Local candidate preferred
  • Maintains a professional Engineering or Architecture registration
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and team-building skills
  • Experienced in management and development of diverse teams
